Yes. Water Runner is a TCEQ-licensed bulk water supplier. Every source we use is TCEQ-approved. We filter our water with modern purification technology and test it often in the lab. Our drinking water meets or beats State of Texas and EPA standards. Our delivery equipment is built to meet all state and federal rules.

We handle orders from 300 gallons up to 3 million gallons. With our own fleet plus our vetted owner-operator network, we can send a single tanker for a home pool fill. We can also supply steady, high-volume water for large industrial, construction, and city projects.

Yes. Bulk water delivery and emergency water supply are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our water treatment team also offers 24/7 emergency response. This helps customers who cannot lose water supply, such as dialysis centers, data centers, and industrial sites.

Water Runner runs several water stations across our service areas. These include 24/7 self-serve stations and staffed stations with on-site crew. Our main R.O. station is at 11906 Jordy Rd, Midland, TX 79707. Staffed hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, and after-hours pickup can be arranged by calling 432-661-3768. You are welcome to bring your own containers. Bulk R.O. water can also be scheduled for delivery. Yes. Emergency water supply is a core service and one of our fastest-growing. We are contracted for state-level disaster response, including a standing agreement with the government of Louisiana for hurricanes and severe weather. We also dispatch often for water main breaks, utility outages, and steady supply for medical and dialysis facilities. Response times depend on location and scale. We suggest calling dispatch as early as you can when a risk event is forecast or underway.

Yes. Pool fills are one of our most common home services. Yes. We sell and rent potable water storage tanks for business and home customers. These serve oil and gas rigs, man camps, construction sites, ranches, emergency backup systems, and farms.
