Bronte, the county seat and only incorporated municipality in Coke County, is the sole services hub for all field operations across this energy footprint on US 277 and US 87 between the Abilene and San Angelo metros, where no utility water service extends to active construction or turbine pad locations outside the city. With Tennyson Solar at peak construction, Aviator Wind and Capricorn Ridge O&M programs running year-round, and pipeline maintenance crews rotating through the region simultaneously, available regional bulk water sourcing capacity is already committed across multiple concurrent programs.
